Building a website for product authenticity validation purposes.

Hi there, I am looking for someone who could help me with building an extremely basic website where our consumers can inquire if their product is authentic. It will work in the following ways: 1. We need to generate lets say 10.000 codes preferably on excel, 2. Each one of those codes are affixed to each physical product. For example, if someone bought our product they will see a code on the product, let's say eAX248ww, 3. Consumers will have the ability to check the authenticity of the product by copying the code on the website which will then compare the code against the database collection and provide a result if the product is genuine, the system will say "The product is authentic" or "The product is not real X" etc. 4. In this way, we aim to prevent those who knock off our products. The website will have NO functionality other than verification. It will have a domain name of [login to view URL] and whoever click on this will only see a blank field where the code is to be entered into and to be inquired for the product.
