Build a website in wordpress

Re-design website for hotel group. 1) Create 1 main page with 8 different options. Similar to : [login to view URL] but 4 columns in each row not need to be same height as the mainpage would be too long. 2) Client wants to use 1 domain, is it possible to create [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc for each 6 hotels? 1 of the links from main page would go to an existing website and one link will go to a website which will have same design but it’s a café. Is it possible to have 1 wordpress installation to create 1 main page with 8 options and then one /hotel for each hotel? There is 6 hotels 1 café. hotel 1 Have own structure and logo hotel 2 Have own structure and logo hotel 3 Have own structure and logo Hotel 5 Have own structure and logo hotel 6 Have own structure and logo hotel 7 custom link only Café “8” Have own structure and logo All website will have same style, just different content. However the different will be in some menu structure, logo and footer information. The style client likes is: [login to view URL] but we can also purchase premium themes from themeforest such as [login to view URL] etc So I don’t think we need to design websites from scratch. Book now, all this is linked to 3 party. No fancy functionality is needed, just basic information, sliders on main page, some integrations to social media, contact form, gallery. Must of this is already in purchased theme. Disable of non used plugins, only use plugins that is needed. Pagebuilder can be visual composer or something similar. Website will be in 2 languages, Norwegian and English. If its doable with only 1 wordpress, is it possible to add shortcuts in wp-admin side bar for each hotel? Like I want to edit Hotel 1 and its main page or innerpage. When I click on Hotel 1 on left sidebar in wp-admin it goes direct to pages for hotel 1?
