Build submission webpage

We are looking for developers who are able to build a web application which meets the following requirements, as this project is urgent and time sensitive in nature, we are looking to have it completed as soon as possible. Project Specifications: User Portal 1) Student will enter their USER ID on the website 2) Student will need to enter their body temperature into the website and press submit (validate that the temperature is between 34.0 & 39.0 3) When student enters a temperature between 34.0 & 37.0, the following message should be displayed on the screen “Thank you for your submission, we are glad to know you are healthy and safe, please continue to take good care of your health & practice social distancing” – followed by a logout button 4) When student enters a temperature between 37.1 & 39.0, the following message should be displayed om the screen “Opps! , your temperature is on the high side, please put on a mask and proceed to the nearest GP for immediate medical attention”. – Followed by a logout button Notes: The system should automatically capture the date & time of submission Admin Portal 1) Administrator must be able to add / modify / remove users 2) Upon logging in admin should be able to see a summary screen showing the number of submissions which are pending for each class for the specific day (Refer to annex A for sample view) 3) Admin should be able to view all user’s temperature submission on the day & date selected.
