Build simple Node application with Express, React, and PM2

I need a node.js application with a React frontend and Express backend. For now, the backend can simply read data from JSON files instead of a database. The app must: - be able to be deployed to a production server using PM2 - have a basic "Welcome" view login/register buttons on the frontend - have a "Manage Users" view on the frontend with buttons to CRUD users, including adding user roles to users - have a "Manage User Roles" view on the frontend with buttons to CRUD user roles - Allow users to "register" and create a new account - have CRUD API endpoints for "users" on the backend - have CRUD API endpoints for "user roles" on the backend - have CRUD API endpoints for "assign user roles" on the backend
