Build a new website for web agency

We need a website for a web and media agency developed in php/mysql. • The website must be developed WITHOUT CMS (wordpress, joomla etc.) • Design of the site can be similar or equal to this one : [login to view URL] • Must have the 3+ languages • One of a banner in homepage must redirect to form for a custom quote with these fields : 1. Number of graphics/year 2. Number of videos/year 3. Number of photographic services / year 4. Type of website to do (one page, custom, e-commerce … ) • Portfolio section must be with these function : 1. One page generated for each customer 2. In the page of customer portfolio must be present a customer review , reference (text), name of a customer, activity category ( restaurants, industry, wellness etc ) 3. In the page of customer portfolio must be present different sections, one for each service that they required : galleries splitted in folders for each photographic service, same with the video with description and youtube link for each video, link to a website developed with a description of the work, graphics painted with a description for each graphic. 4. Every section of portfolio page for each customer must disappear if there are not material inside the section 5. The list of customers with link to portfolio page must be created/filtered from two differents ways : activity category (example : all customers with restaurant activity) OR based on buyed service (example : all customers with at least 1 photographic gallery, all customers with at least 1 website developed etc ) All frontend function must be managed from a backend with login and password : • Every text in website must be translated in different languages in a panel ( starting with English, Italian, Spanish ) • Slider images in homepage must be changed • In backend we must create customer profile with based data, category and upload files, work descriptions, gallery folders and images for each section described above • Manage a contact request and quote request from contact and quote form
