Build a Mystery Shopper/Customer Perceptions Website

PROJECT: Mystery Shopper/Customer Perceptions/Internal Audit Website * More details will be given to screened quotes who have read the brief and have supplied SUITABLE examples of their work * The website is a Customer Perceptions/Mystery Shopper website. The website will be made up of a number of parts (web pages) Part 1 - Admin Area (Webpage) => Admin can set up clients (stores). Admin will have full control over all information stored in the database through the Admin area enabling them to edit data and users and complete all necessary Admin requirements. Part 2 - Web APP (Mystery Shopper) => A web app containing a PHP form through which mystery shoppers can answer questions about their visit to the store. The results will be stored in a MySQL database and which will also contain associated info such as client id, store id, mystery shopper id etc. Photos may also need to be uploaded as part of the process. The WEB APP can use JQUERY and should resemble a native APP. Part 3 - Web APP (Internal Audit) => Similiar to the Mystery Shopper APP but allows an employee of the store to answer questions about store standards. Again stored in MySQL and may contain photos Part 4 - Web Page (Customer Survey) => Allows shoppers to review their experience in the store. Again this is a set of questions with scores recorded in MySQL database. Part 5 - Client Dashboard (Secure Area) => A place for client to log in and edit their details and view results Part 6 - Reporting (Web Page) => Webpage clients can access to review their results which are displayed in graphs/charts (see [login to view URL] for example) Part 7 - Conversation Area => Webpage which allows for a "conversation" to happen using PHP and MySQL to store the conversation but presenting it in a "Mobile Chat" format.
