Build me a betting website. which fetches book from all important sites

Hello, I am looking for someone experienced can develop a software/siteweb in the field of sports betting. I explain the project: -By scanning bookmakers recover all the odds in pre-match and live of some bookmaker and especially Cricket and soccer bookmaker (by recovering the XML file?) -With the recovered data make a comparator odds between all bookmakers for all categories of bets (win, goal number, next goal ........) -By having on a comparator all the recovered data well-organized odds, make two tools: A tool of surbet: -Detect continuously and instantly the available surebet on prematch and live. -Filter the surebet according to more criteria (see attachment) A valubet tool: -By comparing the live and pre-match odds of a bookmaker compared to others bookmakers, detect if there is a valubet through a small calculation. -Display the probability and the value. -Filter the valubet according to several criteria (see attachment) Contact me if you want to have an example of a tool / site.
