Hello, In the first line of you project description you mention you need someone with .NET experience but later write the program may be written in any programming language and never mention .NET again. Do you need someone with .NET experience or just the software you described written in any language? Because I am not very familiar with .NET but I can write the program in a few other languages. Who am I? My name is Rob and I am a software engineer from The Netherlands with over 9 years experience. In the past years writing and maintaining scrapers, both autonomous and user driven, has been a common occurrence for me. I also have extensive knowledge of regular expressions. The Project. After reading the project description not everything regarding the functionality of the program is clear to me. My understanding of the project at this point is as follows. You want a program, written in any language, for Windows that should: - Have an input for a URL in the GUI. - Be able to extract any UK mobile phone numbers from the page at the provided URL and store them. - At any point be able to export the collected phone numbers to a CSV file. I have some questions regarding the program 's functionality but I can not include them because of the the character limit on this post. One thing i need you to point out the data (with examples) you wish to get fetched and exported into csv. I can offer several implementation method: - application could be a desktop application, in that case i can provide you with the compiled executable binary file (or even full commented source code upon request) - if it fit your need more, the i could do it web-based (C#.NET or PHP) - or even a VisualBasic fro Application macro running in excel if you would like to centralize and merge the fetching logic (VBA) and fetched data in a single xlsx file.
