We require a simple but effective booking system, that creates PDF Quotes, PDF Invoice and PDF Confirmations that we can send to client after booking has been received on phone or email. The admin will enter and create a booking or create a quote. Customer information should be entered or chosen from saved drop down menu. Once all bookings are confirmed, the admin should be able to view it on a monthly calendar or weekly calendar to see all jobs that are booked for that week or month. More information will be provided on successful applicant.
