BDM/BDE Requirement

we are a new web development company . I need a candidate who is able to win bids and give projects to my team or a remote BDO/BDM you can say . waiting for your offers and see what you can offer . we work in wordpress websites, custom php website ,magento, Web Design ,mysql . we are a team of 4 developers and 1 designer and have more then 3 years of experience in web development field . we were on job but now started a web development company . Surat candidate will be prefered ,so we can meet face to face if needed , since we are starup so trying to start from basics , once the individual prove himself we can hire him for full time +incentive .
