staff scheduling algorithms: INPUT DATA Excel file, for each day and for each site, the list of exams (each exam is characterized by a subject, a CdS, a timetable and a president) Excel file with the list of secretaries (name, surname, locations where they can operate) List of available classrooms for each day and each venue (each classroom with a unique seat name and maximum capacity) OUTPUT DATA Minimum number of secretaries per seat, and association of each secretary to a classroom and a list of examinations REQUIREMENTS Secretaries can not stay in different classrooms at the same time The secretaries can manage, at any given time, a maximum number of optional students (eg 15) Secretaries should be able to handle the entire life cycle of an exam (printing, delivery, verification, scanning, e-mail to the president) Secretaries can handle the same exam at the same time, provided they are physically in the same classroom
