I need someone to make a windows application that can running on windows 7 as a system services : Requirement: Steps: - system services application running on windows 7 - retrieve data by XML, API - record retrieve from API then append to a csv file - send out a SMS to a mobile number, I will provide the API for SMS send out - config menu will able to store the link of API, userid, password, CC mobile number Thank you.
