Name Generator Web Script(repost)

I require a name generator script that will randomly display possible names from a database list. The backend will have an admin panel to add, amend and delete words. The front end will allow the users to generate names by clicking "generate" and also adding new names or words through a submission script. The front end will also display the last ten names generated by the script. The script will take the words and make a name, for example... **WORDS** agressive ruin story rockstar ** AND GENERATE** aggressive story rockstar ruin The admin should be able to ban certain generations, for example stop the script outputting "story rockstar" The user must be able to vote on the names (a simple yes or no is fine) and the script will also display the top ten names.
