Excel based whois lookup tool

I looking for a simple MS Excel based whois look up tool. This will take a list of domain names in the first column and provides deatls of domain information (including registrant, email, address, Ph, admin info, domain registration, expiration dates, nameserver info etc). Details of the format of teh information is provided in the excel sheet attatched. There should be some way to start the script (a click button or alt f8). If the info already exist in the sheet it should over right with new info. I am going to use the script primarily a single registrar. So their format as with the first domain in the excel sheet. You can use any whis server as long they dont block calls. If you prefer to do it with MS access that is fine too. [[login to view URL]][1] is a kind of similar script.
