Dear parpaitas1987. Thanks for the invite for the project. I have taken a brief look at the plugin you have mentioned in job description. It is not possible to make a similar plugin under a $250 budget, even if we use existing code. Here's why: We will have to test the plugin under different versions and rectify the bugs. Secondly, we will need to address issues raised by wordpress plugin review team and fix bugs / change the code and resubmit the code again for review. My budget estimate for this project is $368 and that includes writing the plugin with features provided by reference plugin and make it compatible with wordpress repository. Thanks.
