Update and enhance several wordpress themes

I am looking for the following: - an expert developer with extensive experience in creating and modifying wordpress themes We need someone that will do their own quality control, their own testing. We do not want to keep telling you about errors or sloppy work. We are looking for someone, reliable, responsible and looking to build long term working relationship. Someone that can work quickly when we need it and that maintains excellent communication and keeps us updated. Here is the project brief: We have 7 themes that need to be updated with different features This is to include: layout options call to actions on/off switches to turn features on and off admin panel options improving the current theme with other features - we will want you to recommend some upgrades branding the admin panel and theme to our company We also want someone to give us suggestions which you think may benefit the design.
