Postcard Website

I am looking to set up a website similar to <[login to view URL]> , <[login to view URL]> or <[login to view URL]> , please look through all sites thoroughly before bidding on this job. I have a complete understanding of how the entire system works, what is involved, the proprietary software needed, and the press; I just need some one to code/design the whole thing for me. The backbone of the system is a comma-delimited Excel spreadsheet, which uploads to a secure FTP site, along with jpg images, a small design template, after a certain number of rows on the spreadsheet are filled. There are four main areas of the overall website; user login/account area, a design/message area, shopping area powered by a shopping cart (suggestions on a particular cart welcome), and an addressing database. In addition, I would like two downloadable programs so the users of the site can upload contact information from both Outlook, and ACT!. Both strings of code should work on both Windows and MAC machines, and they should leave an icon on the toolbars of the respective programs, so when the user hits the icon they transport to my site along with the contact information, for either an individual or group, going in to their address book. Again, please look through the sites mentioned above, to gain a full idea of what the site will entail. I will be using many of their features, along with some new ones. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). 4) All design/graphic elements in a format where I can change them at a later date. For example all photoshop documents in a non-flattened PSD format. ## Platform All platforms necessary
