mysql importer

I need a quick and easy way to regularly update oscommerce and cubcart mysql database from within an ecel spreadsheet. This is for importing data from a spreadsheet which may have been first exported from myob or another app and then imported into exel or it may have been supplied to me already as a excel spreadsheet. (it must be able to work with different spreadsheets) For example I may have a list of stock, prices, descriptions etc of my own that I update on my PC in excel and I may also have pricelists supplied from various suppliers for goods which I want to also sell online from my oscommerce and/or cubecart stores) here is the end result Im after: Short explanation An excel spreadsheet is opened an "Update database" macro button is viewable at the top of excel. When clicked it updates the oscommerce or cubecart database with any changes in the spreadsheet. ## Deliverables For first installing the macro button into excel I need a little app that I open and It collects all the details regarding the mysql/database, fields it should update etc and a name for the macro button. Once it has the info it needs it install the macro button into Excel. It must be easy to use (self explanatory) and very flexible as far as datafields etc go. I need to also be able to open the app and alter any macro if for instance a particular button needs to update new fields such as a new catagory. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows 98 and above Must work with ms excel 98 and above mysql server (hosted on linux server) - has cpanel and phpMyAdmin oscommerce AND/or CubeCart I need it to work for updating oscommerce AND cubecart ecommerce applications so the coder should be familiar with both products.
