We need a program ported from one ARM920T to another in the same processor family. The original application relied on a simple file management firmware we do not have access to. But can be re-created or? an? embedded Linux firmware can be used. One version of the program we are trying to port actually was written using an open source embedded Linux firmware and can be ported. This is up to you.

The program we are working with is mame4all which is open source. It is a game emulator and has been ported to several ARM9 based game machines.? There are a few versions you can work from. We only need a limited number of the games playable. The emulator will be run from on board flash and the game data will be stored on a SD card.

The final software will run on a Samsung S3C2410A processor and development board we developed. We will provided test hardware for you to develop on. You will need to provide an expert guarantee.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
