Wordpress customization

I am looking for someone to take a pre-made theme and create some elements from various sites. I was considering this theme [login to view URL] but have not bought it yet since I do not know if what I need done is able to be achieved with this theme. I am open to other suggestions on theme choices as well. I would like to choose a pre-made theme to save a bit in budget from a totally bespoke theme. The reson I chose the theme listed is because I can have my posts laid out on the front page according to category, and it's clean simplicity of the rest of the theme so if suggesting another theme please keep that in mind. I am looking to have a carousel like this site: [login to view URL] (dot com) that is on the top or like this site: [login to view URL] or something similar with the multi posts on home page in wide width responsive. The site must be totally responsive. Also, I am looking to have the editor's choice layout in css like this site: [login to view URL] (dot com) that is towards the bottom of the home page, but I would like mine right under the nav bar. I would prefer this be put into some kind of plug in or something so that I can easily access and change it for new posts I tag into there, but am open to suggestions as well. I would like to have a slide show that matches my theme like this: http://www.beautezine.(com)/gift-guide-for-the-lippy-lover/ this was achieved with royal slider plug in, but also would like to see someone be able to shop the items just like that same page. I will be using this site for people to have clickable links to be able to shop the specific items in a post that would lead to affiliate domain to buy the items. I need to also have a plug in like [login to view URL] or similar to be able to raffle off items on the site. I can install plug ins fine, but not sure about whether or not this type of plug in can be styled to the theme? Last item I need is the drop down menu similar to [login to view URL] (dot com) I do not mind if it is done with a plug in on code canyon or a similar site with plug ins, but need it so I can have latest articles by category inserted and also sub categories listed in that nav bar as well. Maybe something like Uber menu on code canyon? I would like my nav bar to be sticky as well. I need a theme that will also work well with various plug ins too as I am sure I will be adding them as needed, so clean code is a must. *responsive must work in all browsers
