WORDPRESS AS CMS expert needed for start up portal

You are bidding on full implementation of a start up portal using Wordpress. Please note that this is a dynamic website not a static website. Developers with expertise in wordpress as CMS and previous experience with dynamic websites will be preferred. Although majority of this project is related to coding, some skill related to design will be required as a portion of the task will require skinning (ie. white label skinning, forum skinning similar to existing website theme). The # of web pages is approximately 10 excluding blog pages. The blog pages are approximately between 70 to 100 pages which are going to be migrated from blogger. Scope of Work: A. Conversion of CSS to Wordpress as CMS (PSD/CSS design will be provided) 1. Landing page and sub pages should be easily be editable as widgets. > Should have integrated (single central admin) for both the website, blog, forums, newsletter/subscriber manager. > Ability to assign different admin/moderator to update website by assigning different controls. > Should be self intuitive and user friendly for someone without HTML knowledge. 2. Creation of CMS for travel guides inner page, deals inner page, landing page carousel, landing page offerings. CMS for inner pages and landing page should be interlinked. 3. Single sign-on and use of facebook connect for blog comments and forums. 4. Creation of CMS for Ads (google ads and self sourced, with geo targetting feature) in all pages. 5. Currency should be intuitive based on user country, site automatically converts all prices displayed to that currency. 6. Mailchimp integration via API for newsletter and subscriber management to the website and forums. There should be no duplication in CMS for user data. B. Travel Search Integration / Travel Search Sub Pages Creation 1. Hotels - integration, skinning and customization via white-label 2. Flights - integration, skinning and customization via API C. Blog migration and on-page SEO optimization 1. Migration of between 70-100 blog entries from blogger to new website in wordpress including old comments. 2. Photos to be replaced with new ones with new watermarked logo. 3. Perform on-page SEO optimization for blog pages. D. PhPbb Forum Integration, Customization, Skinning 1. Forum customization with ability to show ads. 2. Forum Design should follow website theme. 3. Integration with Mailchimp. E. Quality Assurance Stage live in server (30 days QA required after completion of website and loading to live server) Other requirements: 1. Service provider needs to have very strong attention to detail. 2. Well versed in English. Available to communicate via Skype, YM as needed with response SLA of 1 working day. 3. Service provider needs to provide a progress update at the minimum every week. 4. Service provider to provide critical path schedule before work commencement. 5. Should accept Work for Hire and NDA agreement. Timing: 1. The project should be completed within 3 weeks from award date, plus 30 days quality assurance thereafter. 2. Expected start date of this project is on November 21, 2012. Budget: Project budget is between $1000-$1500. Payment Method: Payment per milestone. No advance payment but escrow can be fully funded.
