website tweaking

Hi i have attached a zip file containing the adjustments i would like to have. The folder contain a Before and After picture of each page that i would like to edit, and there are 4 pages to be edited. The photos are also labeled with numbers to show the description and function of the changed area. Please refer to the list below for the adjustment for each numbered area. #1 - Jairain social login plugin widgets. Can be downloaded. Need to put this in the specific location as shown in the image. #2 - Search button is changed to black. All buttons should be black with white words. Buttons should preferrably have a little rounded corners. #3 - Footer links and bar. This footer link/bar should be in all pages at the bottom. #4 - Email/Newsletter subscriptions. The subscription text area should be embedded into the navigation bar. It should also include a small 'ENTER' button to submit the input email. The button should be a circular dot that says 'GO!". Art work for the buttons can be provided if programmer does not have ready-made ones. #5 - The Account details side bar is reduced. Please refer to the image to see what has been reduced. #6 - the original banner was too wide. The banner should be as wide as the side bar width. Please also show me where to edit this banner for my future use. #7 - Shopping options originally show step pricing. How to create one to show colours? This option bar should always be in the catalog area. #8 - Side description tab box. #9 - Please install prozoom. #10 - Image of product be larger. Currently it is too small. The mid line divider in the product grid should be removed. The number of products in each row should be 4. #11 - the sort by dropdown box should be removed #12 - the add to cart button should be black with white fonts. The product when goes out of stock, should have a 'queue for this item' link that will allow customer to be irected to the product detail page. Over there customers can 'login to be notified when products is back in stock." This is already done by the magento default template however it can only be seen in the detail product page and not on the product grid page. Therefore the customer should just be directly to the product page. Please give me a quotation for these tweaking.
