Website - PHP, MySQL, Asterisk, A2Billing, Smarty

Overview I require a php website written in Smarty (or similar) to promote a VOIP Telephone service using Asterisk (PBX in a Flash) and A2Billing as the back end. The website will be used in multiple countries and will require language localisation functionality (but no translation work). The website will need to display on both COMPUTERS AND MOBILE PHONES. The website will need to access and update A2Billing databases located on remote servers so that a website user can access a limited range of features available in a standard A2Billing Customer interface. The Asterisk / A2Billing back end is fully functional and should not require any further work outside of integration with the website. Specifics The Website will consist of 6 promotional pages, a sign up page (scripts written but no style sheet), a login page (which you will need to write from scratch), a payment page (again you will need to write from scratch) and a Callback page (script written but no style sheet). A prototype website with some buttons, logos and text is available to help the winning provider gain a feel for what is required (pls PM me). The entire website will require LANGUAGE LOCALISATION (please state your preferred method in your bid) Promotional Pages These are straight forward Smarty php with text, pictures, buttons and links Sign Up Page A single page consisting of a Smarty php form that can access a module and a MySQL database in A2Billing. A working script written in standard php without localisation is already written and can be used as a template (although you will need to add 3 or 4 additional fields). Emailing a new customer and signup details etc are already handled by A2Billing however this page will also need to send localisation information to A2Billing. Login Page This Section should provide the a limited functionality of the A2Billing Customer interface but use the same style sheet as the main website. Functionality to be included are "Account Info", "Call History", "Invoices" (3 views), "Callback", "Add Caller ID", "Password" and "Logout". Payment Page This section should mimic the "Buy Now" process found in "Account Info" in the A2Billing Customer interface. It must be in https secure script and should update automatically with any payment changes made in A2Billing. It will need to use the main website style sheets. Callback Page A form that allows the user to enter their account number and telephone number and be called back. Similar functionality to "Callback" in the A2Billing Customer interface. Service Provider Conditions for this Project As a provider on this project: - you will need to be able to do this job with out constant supervision or full time communication in a flexible manner. - Please expect a maximum of ONE hour of SCHEDULED communication per day with me. Just to be clear, this will mean that we decide on a set time (e.g 6pm - 7pm) to communicate each day. If something comes up during the next 23 hours it will probably have to wait. - Please expect some reasonable modifications or small additions to be made in this project without additional payment .... and price your bid accordingly. ABSOLUTELY NO INFLEXIBLE UPSELLER RIPOFF ARTISTS OR CODE COPIERS REQUIRED. - Please expect to draft up to 6 style sheets for this website and provide a portfolio of easily accessible website work you have done - Please expect a delay of 24 hours before payment is made after completion of each milestone to allow time for adequate testing of your work. - Please expect to provide understandable basic documentation of what you have done upon completion of each milestone i.e. 24 hours before payment. - In short I am looking for a professional, competent provider to begin a long term relationship with. Successful completion of this project will lead to another project of similar scale and type. Payments Milestones are not negotiable and are to be made as follows: 1st - 20% - upon successful completion of Promotional pages, Sign Up Page and Localisation with documentation 2nd - 30% - upon successful completion of Login and Payment Pages with Localisation and documentation Final - 50% - upon successful completion of the whole project.
