Webmaster for startup

Hi- I am looking for a trustworthy and dependable webmaster who I can count on to take care of details on my website. It's an online school, and tasks involve implementing my design changes, offering suggestions for good design and navigation, working w plugins, adding photos, pages, posts, etc., etc.. I have someone that is doing good work for me for the past six months or so, but they are difficult to get a hold of, and sometimes work is done in a timely manner, but other times not. I'd like to find someone capable who I can call on to take of things as they arise. I'd like someone who responds within 24-36 hours with an answer. I would guess it's just a few hours a week at this point, and may be more as we grow, which we are. :) If you have a good sense of design, that's a plus. Must communicate in English easily and clearly. The website is www.iguanapaint.com. Currently, I need: • homepage updated • plugins learned and implemented (LearnDash LMS, BuddyPress, WishList Member, MailChimp, EventEspresso, others) • widgets updated • Teacher profiles and gallery updated, refined, • Links checked • Events updated • Courses added • Set up FAQs for students • Set up glossary/library for each course so that teachers can store common answers, videos, PowerPoints, etc. to refer students to when they need help with a subject rather than keep answering the same question repeatedly • SEO • check links • set up "free lesson" promo, etc. • etc. Let me know if you're interested and available.
