Webdesign/Logo/Programming for the PROS only

Im not going to post major info on here about my project but I will post brief info. I have an existing website. I would like it redesigned because the kind of site I want it to become will require a new design. I want to keep existing users. The new design will need to be appealing and commercial, well it will need to be a website for all types of people. I will require things like blogs, music upload, I would like my banner ads system updated so that a campaign would run out after a certain number of impressions had been reached. I would like people to be able to bid/buy. Well this will be like 1 site with different sections to it. Basically the site might need to use mambo which is a free for anyone to download and have cms or some sort of script which would make it easy for me to manage all my content etc. The person I choose will have to be free and not have any other projects their working on as I will need fully dedicated worker. I dont mind how long this project takes just as long as it doesnt take too long. My budjet now $1000.. thats final..for that price I'm expecting TOP NOTCH work. If you dont like the sound of that please do yourself a favour, dont bid.. Pls dont think I will be giving up any of that money with out any work done because it wont happen. People who bid maxium bid limit for this project are really wasting their own time. I will simply hide your bid. This work/site is VERY VERY important to me. Its not a game, so if your ami please do not bid. Lets leave this to the pros. I will give MORE details to who ever I choose for this project. We will need to sort out a payment arrangement, whether it be a certain amount of money a month, or lump sum on completion. You will have to agree to work of my server and have a messenger where we can keep in contact because I would like to work with who ever I choose. I will hire you as web master after successful completion if project and you will continue to get paid. If you are not OK with the above DO NOT BID. This is just how I work. Please if your going to bid do not send me a copied and pasted PMB with millions of links to websites you've worked on. You can show me your work if I pick you. I just really want to know why I should pick you for this project and the stuff you have experience in. E.G. Flash, Graphic Design, PHP, Logo Design, HTML, CSS, JAVA, Audio...etc I will also want to know what country you currently reside in. How many hours a day you work etc. Times etc, what messenger you use etc. Obviously I will be going for users with good feedback. I cant afford to take someones word. Thats to risky at the momment. I haven't got time for mistakes. I need work started ASAP, on a domain on my server. I just want to make it clear that Im not going to pay a deposit until I see a professional webdesign. After the layout design for the site is confirmed to be suitable then I will pay a deposit of $100 and you can then continue the work. Ive been through quite a few coders/webdesigners in the last few days that Im happy I never paid a deposit to. Because the deposit would have gone to waste because the designs they were coming up with look like the ones seen on free website maker websites. This project isnt a joke. I need a serious webdesigner/coder who I can then take on as a webmaster. So far I havent come accross any. Copyrighting Required I will only pay through GAF I will pay $100 deposit only AFTER a good site design has been done and I have confirmed that I like it. Im not going to gamble with my money. No western union or anything like that. I have a doc I can send you with info telling you exactly what I want on my homepage, I also have 3 website examples which I want my sites look to be based off. This should make things easier for you. All the webdesingers Ive been through so far have come with rubbish work. Poor quality, like something built of freewebs.com. I dont want that. The funny things is they have been charging me high prices. I only hope this is the last time I have to post this project. Is it me or are alot of webdesigners from here unskilled?
