Each person will have their individual account. They may load their account with funds using paypal to purchase the rights to other photos (stock photography). Also, any photo sold by it's rightful owner will have funds credited to their account. A person may transfer funds from their account to their paypal account at any time. An account will show all photos uploaded by the individual person as well as a seperate section of photos which rights (royalty free) to use were purchased. When a photo is uploaded to an account, the person will have the option to make it private or public. Private photos may only be seen by the individual person or any other members they allow. Public photos may be viewed and voted by other people. If someone likes your photo, they will vote with a like. The seller will have the option to set a minimum price of their photo. I need a site similar to [login to view URL]; a stock photography site where people can purchase the rights to use other photos that people post up.
