510880 PSD to Joomla or Wordpress 2

I have a client im doing a web design for. I need the .psd file sliced with a content management system in place with Joomla or wordpress. Programmer must speak good english and have good communication. Programmer must be able to complete the following requirments below. I have had problems with the first programmer I picked. I need communication daily and speedy service with the highest quality possible. - All pages must have the ability to edit text via joomla or wordpress for example. There is a total of 10 or 11 pages, I will add the info their self once project is complete. - Need a mp3 store that allows me to upload music mp3s easily and sell via paypal. This will be on the "beats" page. - Needs a store or store plugin so that I can upload items to sell. Also it must allow payment through paypal. - Place a small music player on home page. I must be able to easily change the music as I see fit. The lowest bid with good work history will most likely be picked. Here is a jpeg preview, this is not original.
