phpBB customization

I have a phpBB forum that I would like customized. I am a php programmer but am currently working on other aspects of the forum. There are a lot of changes that I would like to see done so I will give just a general outline of the big things that need to be completed. If you need more specifics, or don't quite understand the generalization that I made, please let me know. • Profile Control Panel Redesign (PCP mod installed) • Profile Redesign • Multiple forums sites using one forum software/ one database (i.e. each subdomain can run a separate forum, for instance one subdomain for cars, one subdomain for sports, one subdomain for cooking, etc., but they all use the same database) • Global and local chat forums (although each subdomain can run its own forum, there are forums that are global to all forums) • Site redesign • Information next to user posts redesign • Ability to send text messages via control panel to friends whose phone numbers are listed • Public Key Encryption for identifying information (i.e. phone numbers, email addresses, etc.)
