PHP invoice of orders to pdf

We are looking for a PHP Developer to work on our existing website. We have a store with multiple stores within it, we require a pdf invoice to be emailed to us for all of the orders generated for each month, for each stores total orders, for the dates we specify. We also need the delete order feature removed from the stores admin area to prevent the store owners from deleteing any order details from the database, but these details must still remain viewable to them.
