3 Page Website Template - Linux Environment.

For the CORRECT person, this is an easy job. Please do NOT bid if you do not understand. This request for a THREE PAGE WWW TEMPLATE is TOO SIMPLE to explain more abour the CONCEPT, because the small BUDGET and SIMPLE, SPECIFIC REQUIERMENTS are so easy, it not worth YOUR time and not worth MY time to "talk" a lot about the concept. However, I will give significant information to DESIGNERS who show me they understand the CONCEPT. ("I wnat to wokr" is not adequate!!!) to help them. It is a simple 3 page TEMPLATE, that I (The USER) will use in a "STANDARD Web Design program" for a "user-changeable" TEMPLATEwith MY photos, text, RSS on MULTIPLE web domains I own. The template will have a: - LANDING PAGE, (LP) with specific elements - CONTENT PAGE (CP), with specific elements, and a - INFO/CONTACT PAGE (IcP) with specific elements all for a LINUX hosting envirnoment. Each page (LP, CP, IcP) will have a mix of ELEMENTS (component parts) in each one. Please see "DESIGN REQUIREMENTS" for STANDARDs. The OBJECTIVE is: Make a small, standardized, SEO friendly www page template, allowing continuosly updated information via RSS, If you are not clear on the objective right now, I suggest you not waste your time and therefore do not bid. The project is too small and too easy and is NOT worth explaining a lot of detail. I want a simple, standardized website template, that I can easilly re-use for a number of domains I own. YOU (THE DESIGNER) will make the user-friendly TEMPLATE which I will be the 100% OWNER, and YOU will give ME clear instructions so that I (THE USER) can (in a "commonly availble" program) can MANAGE using "copy paste" and UPLOAD in MY server, because YOU (THE DESIGNER) have created a simple template. The COLOR and LAYOUT will be standard, designed for an MS-EXPLORER browser. Additional reference will be given to DESIGNERs whose BIDs include a TEMPLATE would be useable in a CHROME environment, and that COLORS would be adjustable by me in different domains, but using the same LAYOUT and TEMPLATE, would be useful to me, the USER. NOTE: in your FIRST bid. YOU (THE DESIGNER) must identify the "www design program" (Wordpress, Xoolma etc) that you would use, so I (THE USER) can buy/register it, if YOU (THE DESGNER) are selected. I (THE USER), following YOUR instructions will "Copy/Paste" (insert) the multiple "ELEMENTS" (components) in the pre-established format that YOU will create. - DESIGN REQUIREMENTS: The ELEMENTS (components) will vary (be different) on the "1st PAGE" (HP=Home Page) and the "SUBSEQUENT 2 PAGES" (CP=CONTENT PAGE and the IcP=Info/Contact Page). The "ELEMENTS" (components) on the THREE (3) pages will include (minimum): a) Photographs/Images (HP = 4 or 5, CP = 3, IcP = 2) b) Text Blocks (HP = 2 or 3, CP = 3, IcP = 2) c) RSS Feed Blocs (HP = 2, CP = 3, IcP = 1) d) MetaTags (etc.) EACH and EVERY page, and I THE USER will add them. c) Google ADWORDS Blocks (HP = 1 or 2, CP = 2, IcP = 1)
