OSCOMMERCE - Add and Fix some issues with website

Need the following issues fixed today. Must be willing to start now and have messenger so i can communicate with you. 1. When I update a customer's order in admin, the order disappears from the customers account and the customer can not view the order anymore. 2. Need adwords conversion and yahoo conversion (if it exists) code added to website. 3. Gift Wrapping needs to be changed to allow customers to choose giftwrapping on each product individually and to choose between 2 different kinds of wrapping papers. 4. I want Free Standard Shipping option if the customer's cart weight = 0.0 lbs. Very easy stuff.
