85783 MIS - PHP/MySQL

Hi, I need an MIS for a real estate business. I'd want it to be PHP/MySQL based and would be used over the local intranet for now. Requirements will be discussed with the chosen programmer. For now, I'd need to store records of the following: 1. Details of each customer 2. Details of customer's installment payments made so far and remaining. 3. Upon a new payment, installments information would be updated accordingly. 4. Printable reports like payments receipts and remaining balance would be required. You'd be required to design the layout of the system as well. Please let me know about the time and cost. Ideally I'd be looking for a low budget bid. Good Luck! Harix
