Membership Driven Database Website - repost

Project Description: - This is a membership database driven project which requires experience in web development, database design, CMS admin design along with both front and back end skills. The graphical framework and/or template for the website will be provided to you as a guide for the overall development of the front and back end format. A comprehensive support document will be provided that will explain the entire project, all of its functionality and the location of the test server after a brief interview and non-disclosure agreement has been signed. Please only serious and dedicated developers need apply. Front End: - The front end task will be to maintain the graphical outline of the template with minimum changes and code the search section of the website so any visitor to the website can search a database of information using US based zip codes and/or US states. Visitors to the website will be able to see their results displayed on the front end based off of their selection. Support documentation will be provided upon acceptance of the project and NDA. Back End: - The back end will be exclusively for website admin management and paying/non-paying members. The admin backend will allow management of member’s profiles, manually sign up potential members, manually disable current members, manually manage auto-responders and manually manage membership fee updates and/or changes. Membership signups will utilize our selected payment processor and allow potential members to select a “membership plan”. Upon approval, member will automatically be signed up for the service offered otherwise it will automatically redirect their profile to a free membership limited plan. Paying members of the website will be able to manage their profile, search the main front end database and a secondary database for displayed results within their profile which will allow them to connect with current paying and non-paying members of the website. Support documentation will be provided upon acceptance of the project and NDA. Developer responsibilities: - Provide a technical analysis and wireframe of the project requirements. To produce a solid, detailed technical design with clean, modular, robust code in order to implement the desired requirements. Developer qualifications: - PHP, MYSQL, HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Wordpress skill set preferred - A work style that is extremely detail oriented - Strong communication with the English language and good organizational skills. Dedicated Server Info: - Developer will be given access to a US based test server for development of the entire project. This is not negotiable.
