The VISION for this JOB SEARCH site will be 'TOTALLY' different than the common job search site. This site will have: **Extensive CMS (Admin Panel) utility for: -DETAILED Report Creations. -Registration Managment. -Site Modifications for upload and News modifications. -Database clean up. -Manage registered users profile. **Two types registrations - Job Seeker registrations and Employer registration. **The site will be able to be translated into either English or Spanish. **Crisp, Clean Look to it. **Logo banner will have flash. (I currently have) **Three Click Rule. No user should have to spend more than three clicks to get to their desired destination. (This is important) **Two way email/text messaging communications between Cell phones and the Server.(Can this be done?) I am updating my specs and will have them to you once done.
