Edit Penny auction swoopo ebay clone script on local server

I have setup a XAMPP server on my computer and I want to debug the swoopo clone which i have uploaded onto the local server. I want the swoopo like clone to be fully functional, i.e. most of the features should be working as if it was an auction website. The following requirement will be to edit small bits and pieces of the script so that the swoopo bidding feature is changed around in the same way as ebay functions. This means, that rather than using the swoopo principle of incremental bidding with extending time and outbidding until sold, I want each individual auction to run out of time and be available for bidding without any extension of time, just the same way as ebay works. As soon as time runs out, the item is sold. The requirements for this project are as follows: 1. debug the errors and script so it becomes fully functional. I.E. registration, logging, bidding etc. 2. change swoopo bidding principle to ebay auction style principle. 3. The successful final script must be uploaded onto a server to be working and accessible from the www. SUMMARY: debug the script, edit biding feature, upload to server.
