180447 Domain name escrow site

I need a website developed that will rival Escrow.com. Escrow.com currently provides escrow services for all types of transactions including homes, boats, cars, and domain names. I need a website developed that will only offer domain name escrow services. In order for you to be able to create this site you must know the technical aspects of Escrow. When two people agree to buy/sell a domain name they will have to be registered at the site, they will be asked their name, address, phone number, email address which will need to be verified, paypal email, and bank information (site will have to be secure). The user will only have to enter this information once when they register. If they are the buyer they will choose how they want to pay: Credit card (through paypal), paypal, or Wire transfer. If the are the seller they will choose how they want to be paid, either a check, wire transfer, or paypal. When a user logs in there will be a list of all of the users transactions, both buying and selling along with the last status of the transaction. Once a user clicks on a transaction they will be able to see a progress bar on the right hand side. The buyer will submit payment, we will automatically notify the seller to wait for us to receive payment, once we receive payment we will notify the seller to push the domain name to the buyer, the seller will indicate that he has pushed the domain name to the buyer, once the buyer receives the domain name he will login to escrow and indicate that he has received the domain name. The transaction will be closed out and the seller will get paid. None of the payments will be automatic, I will do that myself. Once the transaction is closed out a receipt/statement will be automatically emailed to both buyer and seller. The site will not have anything to do with the technical transfer of the domain name, once the buyer has submitted payment I will verify that the domain name has been pushed to the buyer manually. I will also need a few other pages on the site including a "about us", "contact us", or "mission statement" etc.I will also need all the logos and designs custom made.
