361530 Auction Type Website

Hi, I would like to find a programmer who can build a website for me with some eBay/[login to view URL] type qualities. I want to run it differently than those two sites but sort of similar. This website will be an auction type site with the look of [login to view URL] (I like that style of graphics) with timers for countdowns and listing properties like ebay. It will need to have user registration functions and will need to be linked to paypal sort of how ebay is. My countdowns will all countdown down sort of like bidstick does and it will need have a lot of back end information regarding events (games, concerts, etc) with dates, venues, etc. Some must haves: User registration functions with sign in, password, security questions when a user logs in from a different computer, etc Tickdown timers that are tied to back end matrices which are deriving price Ability to put pictures on the site in listings Feedback options for both buyers and sellers Pay Pal linking The option that allows a user to import specifics of a listing into email client calenders like Outlook. Ability for users to "Watch an Item" Linking up of partner websites with whom we will be affiliates of. Functions that can email users that auctions are soon ending. Functions whereby one user can send an email to a friend that says "Hey, I thought you'd be interested in this listing on [login to view URL] [login to view URL]" with a link to the listing A back end glossary that will allow us to post policies and other information type listing A page that will allow us to provide a short video tutorial. A live chat function built into it so our customers can get customer support if need be. There will be no payments taken on this site. Everything will be a pass through to Pay Pal. It will need to have a few extra features like event information about all events that are taking place on any days. For example, the back side data of the website will have the entire schedule of the Los Angeles Lakers (and all NBA teams, concerts, NHL teams, NFL teams, College basketball, etc). Any team (college, pro) or concert will need to be able to be drawn into the site with specific information about the game or event date with the venue information...very similar to the eBay model whereby a seller can just select from a list and then list the item accordingly. A search field which a buyer can type in and find very quickly the event they are looking for. A signed NDA and NCE will be required. I don't know much about website building or anything. Just happened upon this site so if I'm posting in the wrong place, my apologies. I will need it to be programmed in universal languages that are commonly understood and widely used in the programming community so that I can have it taken over for daily management by US based staff upon your completion of it so in your bid, please tell me what type of programming you would suggest and then use for this project. I don't know what boxes to check below as far as what is required for a website like that to run. It said I had to pick one so I just picked the first one. Will need your expert advice here.
