Add new features, including a blog to current, incomplete property listing website. - repost 2

I need a single php/jquery expert (not a company please) coder to finish of the current project that I have been doing. Please read the attached to have an idea of what sort of work required. If you have done this sort of work and expert in php/javascript, you should be able to finish it in 2-3 days with a budget of $100 or so. I may add a bonus for outstanding quality. I will igore bids from coders who have not read the attached brief and do not refer to it in their bid and give me inflated costs. Thanks for your time.
