To protect you as a coder and prevent a conflict of interest, I am waiving my rights to arbitration as described in your Seller Contract "When Exhedra is a Buyer". ***************************************************************** VBVoice is Visual Basic addon that allows the creation of complex IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems. _[login to view URL] However this project is not complex and involves programming a very simple set of tasks using only a small subset of VBVoice. 1) Obtain bank phone # for a given credit card via the Mastercard or VISA hotlines (depending on the card type). This is done by dialing the publicly available 1 800 line at either Masetercard or VISA (details below), entering some digits into their phone system, entering the digits of the credit card #, and the saving the result to a .wav file. Inputs: Card #, credit card type (mastercard or VISA) Outputs: name and path of .wav file and of course the physical .wav file must be created. 2) Automatically call a phone # and record what is said by the opposite party (if they answer) for the first 30 seconds into a .wav file. The recording should only start if and when the party actually answers the phone. Inputs: phone # Outputs: name and path of .wav file and of course the physical .wav file must be created. Other: I have an Intel Dialogic card....solution must be compatible with that. Please let me know if you have any questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
