Hi, I need bids/proposals on these two applications: _FTP AUTOMATIC FILE TRANSFER:_The application permits automatic upload and download of a user's files to and from an FTP server. Voice files are automatically uploaded, Voice files are captured from all the folders in a memory stick or digital voice recorder (via a USB port) to a predetermined folder and from there are backed-up to another pre-determinable folder and also transferred to a pre-selected remote site folder (After the transfer this folder empties). The files usually downloaded are text files in one of the many supported text formats however the capacity to transfer all file types would exist. In addition to upload and download, the application would have utilities for configuring user accounts (including selecting remote and local folder by a drop down menu, IP address User ID, password), handling duplicate file names, auto selection of files of a given type, secure transmission, a robust licensing activation arrangement, logging, on line help and documentation and other features described in this document. _ PRINT ALL:_The application allows automatic queuing and printing of a batch of documents. The user can select from a drop down menu (directory or folder tree) the folder for printing and the types of files to be printed from the selected folder. The user interface is an intuitive graphical screen that will allow prompt selection of documents of a given type. The application allows the user to edit the list of documents to be printed. In addition to printing the application must support logging and saving print logs, robust licensing mechanism, on line help and documentation and other features described in this document. Please provide a detailed proposal.
