Fancy Interface Homework

I would like help on an assignment for Visual [login to view URL] (in visual studio 2003) on Windows XP. [It can also be in Excel using VSTO.] Here is what I have to do. Create an interface where the window is divided into three horizontal sections. The middle section being the widest with two thin sections on either side. On the left section the following button exist: Configure People (people icon) Configure Money (money icon) Import (some import icon) Error Reports (see log icon) On the right section, Help (question mark) and Exit (exit sign) exists. The middle section depends on the what is chosen in the two thin sections. I only need to do the Configure A button, and the Help and Exit. Configure People (People icon) open a dialog box that allows me to select a csv or txt file from a network directory. Once selected the name is shown in the center section of the interface. Help puts some friendly text in the middle (which I'll change) and Exit closes the file. Can anyone help with this? I don't want a boring look - I'd like some modern icons and friends feel.

## Deliverables

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
