Custom AOL Instant Messanger

I just need someone to make a program that will logon to AOL Instant Messanger's service and work as a regular Instant Messanger program, with buddy lists files transfers and voice, and if possable video. I plan on useing this dor my self and friends, so i'm hoping you can do this for REAL CHEAP if not free. I understand that if it has all of those features i would have to probably pay somthing, so i'll take what i can get, meaning none of those features except a buddy list. Thanks. I can pay $20-$30.
