Design New Website Template

Project is to design a new template for [login to view URL] Design will have left side navigation (or top nav - prefer side though) and be CSS Controlled. Max width of 950 pixels - centered, not left justified as the current site template is. Template should include space under the header for a flash slide show that will rotate through our products (about 4-6) that is clickable to link to the appropriate section to give info about the product. You will provide the flash to do this - something in the public domain, nothing that requires a tech to change it. The page should be optimized for conversion and if you don't understand that, please do not bid. Page should include Facebook and Twitter follow buttons, as well as a Twitter Feed somewhere on the bottom of the page. Sites that we like and you should consider when making your bid, but remember we are NOT asking that you copy ANY site. We will provide our own content, however in creating the template, please consider the amount of content we have and design the template with that in mind. Everyone was quick to bid the $500 max, but for the creation of basically 3 simple pages, you will have to provide appropriate images for the template you create. You can tell us how many images are required for your proposed template and we will select the images to use from iStock Photo, however you will be responsible for getting the images and paying for them. One bidder said they would not provide images for the $500 bid - images ARE required. Please let me know that you understand this.
