technical writing import / manage access data

Hello, We need you for this project to write a 10 word pages about this project with a lot of details and screenshot explains : An online tool for managing project list database will come from access (check attached) ------------------- The web application will be able to manage current projects and their progress weather they are completed or not. There will be three major users and all of them will be having their own authorities. User Types: -Super Administrator (will have the possibilities to import/create/edit/delete/read projects and add/delete form field) -Administrator (will have the possibilities to create/edit/delete/read projects) -Normal User (will have the possibilities to create/edit/delete/read projects) There will be a back-office (Admin Panel) from where administrators will be able to manage the whole content of web application they can block a user, delete a project etc. but according to their authorities assigned. ------------------- When editing or deleting the past file a copy will be in trash and can be reediting and imported again. ------------------- if you are using a CMS what you mean by using C.M.S. ? which C.M.S. ? same quesiton for starting from scratch. and it would be possible to have more information about how it works. We need a lot of information about all masks, forms, budget and specifications for this and tell us how it will work, what are you using for each form, would it be possible for users to edit forms, time of development, hosting details, if there's any security. 1 presentation/quotation to start from scratch. 1 presentation/quotation to start from a cms and explain to us why you will use a CMS.
