Custom Wordpress Plugin

I need a custom wordpress plugin. I have a coupon website that has store coupons. To improve the efficiency of the site I woud like to make a database to store all the coupons. I want to have a coupon database like the following site: [login to view URL] The wordpress plugin should be able to do what this page does: [login to view URL] Requirements: be able to move position of coupons from adminstration panel be able to search for coupons from the administration panel be able to add, delete & modify coupons from the administration panel be able to show related coupons be able to update coupon from the administration allow users to submit coupons, coupon codes and comments be able to show success rate of coupons be able to automatically remove old coupons by expiration date be able to show new coupons when coupon start date starts Please ask me any questions, I will try to answer them as fast as possible.
