Get My Contacts

I purchased a copy of the GetMyContacts script which is a contact grabber that emails my website link to a customers contact list in their Hotmail or Gmail account. I have set this up correctly on my server and have the correct requirements for this to work however when testing this I keep getting the error "!Error - No contacts were found, please check your logins. Please try again" I have tried to contact the designers where I bought this however conveniently they are not replying. I was wanting to send this script to someone to have repaired to a working state.
