EXPERT PHP CODER NEEDED TO REVIEW PHP CODE AND CHANGE TO INDUSTRY STANDARD

Well everyone you learn as you go in this industry. I hired a developer to code 4 of my projects which this developer feel behind schedule by months so I had no option but to take to another developer. Then I find out that the original programmer did not program the PHP to Industry Standards and therefore the new programmer is stuck at either finishing coding not using Industry standards or start over. So my only other option is to seek a Expert in PHP to Examine the code and determine if he can get it up to Industry Standards without starting over. If you are the guy let me know. If you save my ass on this one then you could earn a full time position in my large company. Thanks: Independent Contractors only.
