Hello Esolz, As discussed previously, the following project needs to be completed for our company with strict deadlines. Please read through and give us your exact timelines along with your best price for each section of phase 2: You will be dealing with "2 Stars Marketing Inc.". Full confidentiality of all the work is absolutely necessary (must have a non-disclosure agreement signed). This is an important project for our company. If you do not have the time and resources to complete the project milestones on time and in perfect working order, then please do not bid. Once you are awarded the project, you will have firm deadlines to meet. If you do go over the deadlines, we will start taking off 5% of your pay per day. If you still have not finished the project 10 days after the project deadline, then our contract with you will be terminated by us, and you will not receive any financial compensation. Please bid on phase 1 of the project for now. Once we select you and do get good results from you, then we will post the second phase of the project. Your bid for phase 2 will be discussed in PMB. As you can see our company is willing to compensate you well, but only if you can prove to deliver flawless work to us, and provide us long term support. For this project we have the following milestones: Phase 1: We currently have a Real estate/Rentals website. You will need to make all the necessary changes to the coding, in order to make everything work perfectly. We will only allow you 10 days to complete this job. This part of the project was posted on Scriptlance previously and we assigned the project to another programmer, but he was not able to complete the project according to our directions. Most work on the site has been completed already. We will give you very clear outline of what needs to be fixed. This portion of the project will be a test to see how good you are in coding, and on time delivery of the projects. This site will be the backbone of our site, and all other projects will be built on this platform. We do also have very high expectations for the design of the sites, Simple design work is not acceptable. Real Estate/Rentals: 10 days, $500 CAD Phase 2: (**** will discuss in PMB) Addition of the following sites to our core site (With time to complete each section) with payout amounts: Auto site (Similar to [login to view URL]): 40 days, $1000-$5000 CAD Classifieds (Similar to [login to view URL]): 40 days, $1000-$5000 CAD Jobs (Similar to [login to view URL]): 40 days, $1000-$5000 CAD Dating (Similar to [login to view URL]): 40 days, $1000-$5000 CAD Shopping site (Similar to [login to view URL]): 40 days, $8000 CAD Garage Sale (with shopping cart for each user): 40 days, $5000 Business site / Groupon (Similar to google places combined with groupon): 40 days, $5000 CAD Social Site (Similar to facebook combined with youtube and twitter): 60 days, $3000-$15,000 Membership Club: 40 days, $2000-$5000 Financial Services: 60 days, $5000-$10,000 For each project in Phase 2, we will set detailed milestones. The work for each section has to be completed on time. All work has to be quality control tested by you, to make sure everything is working perfectly.
