E-Commerce with wholesale and retial

Hi, This project is a web site with wholesale and retail functions better then [login to view URL] The public will see retails prices and will be able to buy retail priced items. Wholesalers must register, and upon logging in , will see one of several tiered pricing schedules set by admin. Wholesalers will need a "Lost Password" function. Besides, these specific tiers, admin will be able to override the tiers on a per product basis for a specific wholesaler. For example, lets say admin sets company A to tier 4, which lists lamps at $21 and Locks at $10. Admin must be able to change any product price for any wholesaler. Admin might want to change the price of locks to $8 for company A, but still keep company A in pricing tier 4. Admin must be able to set up new tiers or edit tiers. When admin creates tiers, he must be able to do so by specifying percentages above retail. For example, if he sets tier 4 to 5% above retails then the prices reflect that in tier 4. When admin sets up tiers for wholesalers - he must be able to create volume discounts at specific volume quantities. Individual products may have more then one discount at different levels of volume purchased. Example: If buying 100, give reduction of 5%. If buying a quantity of 500, give reduction of 10%. admin specifies the quanity and the percetange, and can also use dollar amounts. However, in addition to the tiers - he must also be able to override the the volume discounts for a particular company. Teir 4, for example, might offer a $30 discount or a 5% discount on orders over 100. Admin must be able to specify that this applies to orders over 70, not 100, but still keep company a in tier 4. For individual products, admin can manually override the tiers by a dollar amount or percentage for any particular company. Site must have CMS. The prefered admin structure for the client on the backend is to enter descriptions for each individual product as follows: Enter Description 1 (textbox here) Enter Description 2 (textbox here) Enter Description 3 (textbox here) Enter Description 4 (textbox here) ect, to 6 Descriptions 1 to 6 above will then show on the site in a bulleted list format.
