X-cart template and seo friendly urls

I need X-Cart4 Template for my adult store. I have seen a cre loaded template that my partner and I like. You can either (A) produce your own custom template based off this template or (B) we can purchase this template and you can adjust it to work with X-cart. The point, is that I want my template to look nice and work with x-cart. x-cart uses PHP Smarty templates. I will also need you to install template in to my website. We would also like seo friendly urls based on category and product names. As I understand it php has this built in so it is simply a configuration issue.
